Hi, I'm Sukie. I write How to Make Friends Hub — a small site about how adults actually rebuild their social lives, drawn from research, anonymized conversations with friends, and the parts of being human that don't fit neatly into a listicle.
About me
I'm a long-time observer of adult friendship — what makes it work, what stalls it, and the small habits that quietly compound. I've spent years collecting stories from friends and acquaintances about loneliness and reconnection (anonymized on this site), and reading the social-science research that explains why those stories follow such similar shapes.

How I write
Every guide on this site is researched and drafted with AI assistance, then edited by me. I cite the studies I draw from. I weave in anonymized stories from real friends.
